Shark Attack

A personal favorite of mine. This cake was a labor of love! Inside was a chocolate cake and three layers of mousse - dark, milk and white chocolate. The water and waves were made from Swiss buttercream tinted ocean blue. All the decor was edible including the scuba diver, great white shark, hammerhead shark, fish, coral, lobster and cookie crumble sand.

This adorable choo-choo train was a chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse and Swiss buttercream tinted sky blue. The cake plate was decorated with chocolate fondant to create the train tracks. I especially love the buttercream "smoke" coming from the engine and swirling it's way around the cake.
