My cakes are made with care, dedication and the best possible ingredients.  I use only high-quality chocolates, local butter, fresh eggs, molasses brown sugar imported from the States and natural flavour boosters like coffee, lemon zest and real vanilla.  The result is an incredibly moist, rich, delicious cake that you can be proud to serve to your friends and family.  Each cake is made-to-order and decoration possibilities are endless!

Fresh seasonal fruit can be added to the cake, filling or piled high on top of the finished cake. Price and availability may vary depending on the season.

 

Fruit Preserves - any flavor can be layered in addition to the filling.

 

Liqueur Syrups - any flavor can be added in between layers to moisten the cake and add an extra, rich flavor.
